What we collect
We collect information you submit directly (such as email addresses for waitlist or demo access, and account registration data when you sign up for the Roger web application), plus website usage analytics if you consent to analytics cookies.
How we use information
We use collected data to provide and improve Roger, communicate product updates, support onboarding, and to operate the web application (including authentication and access control). We do not sell personal information.
Authentication and account data
When you create an account or log in to the Roger web app, we use Supabase Auth to securely manage your identity. We store your email, account linkage to your client or organization, and related profile data (such as last login) in our database. Passwords are handled by Supabase and are not stored in plain text. Session and authentication tokens are used only to keep you signed in and to enforce access rules; we do not use them for tracking or advertising.
Analytics and cookies
Non-essential analytics tracking is only enabled after explicit consent. You can change your preference at any time via the Cookie Settings control on the site. Authentication and security cookies are required for the web application to function and are not used for advertising.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of processing for your personal data. For data export or deletion requests related to your Roger account or profile, contact us at the address below or use the in-app request flow when available.
